By accessing and using CXI Platform ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CXI Platform is a customer experience intelligence platform that aggregates feedback from various sources, analyzes sentiment using AI, and provides actionable insights to improve customer experience. The Service includes:

  • Integration with third-party platforms (Gmail, Trustpilot, Slack, Facebook, Google Business Profile, etc.)
  • AI-powered sentiment analysis and message evaluation
  • Dashboard and analytics
  • Technical and strategic recommendations
  • Email digests and reporting

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use this Service. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Subscription Tiers

CXI Platform offers multiple subscription tiers:

  • Enterprise Plan: Unlimited integrations and advanced features

4.2 Payment Terms

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • Payments are processed through Stripe
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

4.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

4.4 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, you will be automatically charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Upload malware or viruses
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service

When connecting third-party integrations, you must comply with each platform's terms of service and API usage policies. You represent that you have the necessary permissions and rights to import data from connected services.

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by CXI Platform and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

You retain all rights to the data you import into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, analyze, and display your data solely to provide the Service to you.

6.3 Feedback

If you provide us with feedback or suggestions about the Service, we may use such feedback without any obligation to you.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI (Anthropic Claude) to analyze customer feedback and generate insights. While we strive for accuracy:

  • AI-generated recommendations are for informational purposes only
  • You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI outputs
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content
  • You should not solely rely on AI recommendations for critical business decisions

8. Data Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms. We are not responsible for:

  • The availability or reliability of third-party services
  • Changes to third-party APIs or terms of service
  • Data accuracy from third-party sources
  • Third-party data retention or privacy practices

10. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee:

  • That defects will be corrected

11. Limitation of Liability

13. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • No refunds will be provided for unused time
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Fail to pay required fees
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Abuse the Service or our support team

You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CXI Platform regarding the Service.
